This is actually a very simple recipe from the back of the packet that had a Pudsey bear cutter in.

100g/4oz plain flour

25g/1oz cornflour

25g/1oz cocoa

50g/2oz caster sugar

100g/4oz margarine

Put all ingredients in a bowl and rub marg in using finger tips. It will look very crumbly and unbiscuit like but if you work it together with your hands it will form a ball. Scrape up all the little bits and knead them in.

Roll out the dough until about 5mm thick (the recipe says 3mm but I think this is too thin) and cut into whatever shapes you like.

Bake at 180C/350F/gas4 for about 10 – 15 mins

Once cold decorate however you like, we used icing sugar and chocolate beans.

I should say that Wuffy ate his first one the second he had decorated it so the icing was still runny!!
