I decided to go for crackerbread today rather than bread, thought more of it might get eaten.
Crackerbread with a bit of marg and some pink slice
potato hoops and cucumber (I’m sure this must be boring every day but Wuffy seems to love it)
bourbon creams or “biscuits with sides” as Wuffy calls them 
and a box of raisons
apple juice
bluberry yogurt
He left the yogurt and raisons!!!!! I think I am getting better at accepting that I have no control over what he eats, all I can do is try to pack him a reasonable lunch and the rest is down to him. At least he is back to eating well on a night
OK so this might not go with lunch but I wanted to share our window spider with you She lives outdoors on the living room window and is often seen dangling from her web. In fact I can see her right now as I type (I’m on holiday today as it is my birthday I can also smell the chocolate cake cooking )
She is wrapping a crane fly that met its end in her web
